Alyeska Resort is a ski resort located in Alaska. Alyeska is 27 miles from Anchorage (Alaska's largest city). Alyeska ski resort is the largest ski resort in the state with over 1,400 skiable acres and a vertical of 3,200 ft. Alyeska is a unique ski resort because from the top of the mountain all the way down you can look out and see the Ocean while descending some of the most diverse terrain a ski area can offer.
