Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort is located just outside the town of Mammoth Lakes, California. With over 3,100 vertical feet and 3,500 of skiable acres Mammoth is one of the largest resorts in the United States and enjoys one of the longest ski seasons, typically starting in November and lasting until June. The top of the mountain is for the advanced skiers with challenging cliff chutes, bowls and mogul runs. Where the middle to lower sections fit perfectly for all levels of skiers.
