Bakso means meatball. In Indonesia culinary tradition, bakso is one of the most famous street food that can easily be found in most parts of Indonesia.

Bakso can be made of beef, fish, or chicken meat which is mixed with tapioca flour. The typical bakso is served with meat broth, noodles, green vegetables, chilly sauce, and fried shallots. It is best served when it's still hot.
