Soto or coto is Indonesian traditional soup. Betawi is a type of soto, which shows that this soto is originated from Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. It is made of chicken broth and shredded beef and offal.

Soto betawi has yellow colored broth and its taste is close to curry, as it uses turmeric, one of its basic ingredients.
