Ayam betutu or betutu chicken is a popular Balinese dish which is seasoned and roasted. It is easily found in Bali and Lombok, although it can also be found in some other parts of Indonesia.

Ayam betutu's taste ranges from mild spicy and savory to very spicy. It is served with steamed rice and other condiments such as sambal matah (raw chilli-based sauced with coconut oil) and vegetables.
