Soondubu-Jjigae
Korean spicy soup made with chilli pepper oil and soft Tofu.
Basically the ingredient includes Tofu, green spring onion, eggs and seafood(or pork) but it is different depending on a recipe.
Due to franchise restaurant sharply increasing, fusion styles also are showed such as cheese-topped, adding ddeok(nonglutious rice-cake) and instant noodle.
Since it has been getting more popular around other countries in these years, it is called 'dubu' not 'tofu' following the way of Korean pronunciation, so that Soondubu-Jjigae is regarded as a Korean authentic cuisine.
