Trigonometry
Trigonometry is a branch of mathematics that studies relationships involving lengths and angles of triangles. The word means Triangle Measure in Greek. The field emerged during the 3rd century BC from applications of geometry to astronomical studies. One of its concept is the trigonometry functions, which are the sine, cosine and tangent.
