A professional who assists veneer clipper in cutting veneer sheets to specified size and cutting out defective portions, performing any combination of following duties. Responsibilities include:

• Loads dried veneer sheets on conveyor belt that carries sheets to clipping machine.
• Positions veneer sheets under clipping blade, following guide marks, to align sheets for clipping edges and to cut sheets to specified width.
• Stacks clipped veneer sheets on cart and pushes loaded cart to next processing station.
• Performs other duties described under helper master title.
