A storage occupancy partitioned into individual storage units that are rented or leased for the purposes of storing personal or business items where all of the following apply: (1) the storage units are separated from each other by less than a 1-hr fire resistance rated barrier; (2) the owner of the facility does not have unrestricted access to the storage units; and (3) the items being stored are concealed from outside the storage unit.
