The maximum established spent fuel capacity for the site is defined by DOE as the maximum number of intact assemblies that will be able to bestored at some point in the future (between the reporting date and the reactor's end of life) taking into account any established or current studies or engineering evaluations at the time of submittal forl icensing approval from the NRC.
