An individual who performs inspection, maintenance, and operational testing activities on emergency response vehicles and who, by possession of a recognized certificate, professional standing, or skill, has acquired the knowledge, training, and experience and has demonstrated the ability to deal with issues related to the subject matter, the work, or the project.
