• Directs workers in mixing slurries (milk), and drying, pulverizing, and packaging pastes.
• Feels paste flakes and reads test results to detect causes of deviation of product from prescribed quality standards.
• Trains workers in operation of equipment.
• Performs other duties as described under supervisor master title.
