• Clamps smoking pipe bowl in jaws of holding device and starts machine.
• Pulls handle of drill that automatically releases drilling tool into center of shank to bore hole through shank into base of bowl chamber.
• Removes bowl from clamp after drilling tool automatically stops and holds shank against sanding wheel to face shank for stem fitting.
