Puck has totally changed the American way of cooking and eating by giving in a touch of French, Asian and Californian techniques with high quality ingredients. He was being trained as an apprentice under Raymond Theilier at L'Oustau de Baumaniere in Lex Baux-de-Provence at Hotel de Paris in Monaco.
