Launched in October 2013, the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster is one of the most expensive cars ever made in the world, selling at the equivalent of $5.4 million U.S. dollar each. The super aggressive models is a race car developed for the road and is powered by a 6.5-litre V12 engine capable of delivering 750 horsepower and going from 0-60 mph in 2.91 seconds. The Veneno Roadster is a limited edition hypercar the features a radical styling, extreme competition-derived aerodynamics, carbon-intensive construction and stability through fast corners -- with handling akin to that of a racing prototype. The car comes with a roofless cockpit with only a strong rollover bar for optimum safety.

The Veneno Roadster was launched as part of Lamborghini's 50th anniversary with nine models being delivered in 2014.
