The Famen Temple is famous for storing the veritable finger bone of the Sakyamuni Buddha in the world. Famen Temple is located in Fufeng County of Shaanxi Province, 120 km east of Xi’an with a history of 1700 years. Famen Temple is considered as the Forerunner of the Ziggurat in Central Shaanxi.
