Mesopotamian Arabic, also known as Iraqi Arabic, is a continuum of mutually intelligible Arabic varieties native to the Mesopotamian basin of Iraq as well as spanning into Syria, Iran, southeastern Turkey,and spoken in Iraqi diaspora communities.
