UBS AG, a financial services firm, provides wealth management, asset management, and investment banking services to private, corporate, and institutional clients worldwide.
A certificate attached to a bond or share which, when detached and presented to the issuer of the security, entitles the bondholder or shareholder to receive the interest payment or dividend or to exercise rights. Due to the dematerialization of securities trading, coupon is now often only used in a figurative sense. See also coupon sheet.
